I can draw NSFW occasionally, but I can only accept NSFW commissions via my NSFW Ko-Fi account.
I will only post my work on my NSFW Twitter, BlueSky, and Ko-Fi account depending on the commissions!

Art Commission - Terms of Service
General Terms
-You must be 18 or older to order
-Be patient; if there's a due date, please tell me or update me
-I have a right to refuse any commission for the sake of everyone's safety including my own
-I DO NOT accept anything illegal/harmful/problematic so do not expect any further response if requesting anything like that
-Please be respectful, especially towards others around you
Ordering and Payment Terms
-I can only accept PayPal and the currency must be in USD
-I can only accept commissions and payments via Ko-Fi
-DO NOT request for commissions via comments on my social posts because I may not look at the comments often; if need help, contact me on my social media DMs to find Ko-Fi
-Please send me any character references, preferably PNG files, that way I can understand what I am drawing
-When ordering a commission, PLEASE inform me and specify how you want me to draw, such as a line art or adding colors, adding shades, or adding characters; I am not responsible for your lack of communications
Deadline Terms
-Please be patient, I will get your commission done as soon as possible but other projects may come up and will need to be done
-To make things easier for both parties, the latest deadline I can get are 3 months to get my commission done
-If your commission needs to be rushed, additional charges may vary depending on the due date you wish for the commission to be done
-If no further discussion about the commission for 7 days after it's finished and sent to you, I will be consider it is completed
Refund Terms
-If I haven't started your commission into a Work In Progress (WIP) at all, especially after my latest deadline, you have full right to request a refund via PayPal
-You have a right to cancel your commission, even if you just simply want to; PLEASE DO THAT BEFORE I START THE COMMISSION!!
-I cannot refund you if you decide to cancel the commission DURING the WIP, but we can discuss the payment depending on my progress of my work just to make things fair
-If any commission involving online/IRL family, friends, or relationships, I cannot refund for my work either; I am NOT responsible for what happened (better or worse) with your personal life; we can discuss further to come up a fair price depending on the progress
Communication Terms
-I prefer to communicate via Ko-Fi ONLY; if you are not able to, please inform me
-I will only be online on Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM in Central Time Zone; I will not be available during the weekends or outside of my schedule
-I am sure we can get along, but PLEASE don't get too personal to me; Let's keep our conversations only about the progress of the commission
-Life happens and things may or may not work my schedules and need to have other tasks done IRL, so please be patient and do not panic because I will answer as soon as I am available
-Please let us keep in touch DURING THE PROGRESS of the commission; if I send any messages including the WIP yet no response, I will not continue the commission until I get your response
Usage Terms
-You can show off your character however and wherever you want, but please give credit as CindyStars or CindyStarsVT if you want to repost or use my work
-Any commercial or professional use are NOT ALLOWED; I can only allow personal or public uses like Twitch or YouTube banner for examples
-For the sake of my sanity and motivation, PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE MY WORK TO MAKE NFTS OR AI GENERATED IMAGES (WEBSITE OR PLATFORM); You paid me to draw for a reason, YOU WANT ME TO DRAW!
Copyright Terms
-I DO NOT OWN the characters, it belongs the those who created the characters you commission me; especially the characters from movies, shows, books, etc. when requesting a fanart
-The only characters I claimed to be my own are my OCs and sonas that I created if ordered in commission
-Removing my watermark or tracing/editing my work to claim as your own is NOT ALLOWED
